4-H Youth Development Program
Welcome to the 4-H Youth Development Program of Butte County!
Butte County 4-H is a youth development organization which provides a wide variety of non-formal educational activities for youth ages 5 to 19. Each geographical area of Butte County has 4-H Clubs which offer projects and activities for youth to grow leadership, citizenship, and life skills.
Butte County 4-H provides positive youth development to over 500 youth with support from over 200 adult volunteers through nearly 20 4-H Clubs.
Whether our youth raise livestock, participate in leadership development projects, or work on a sewing project, the goals of 4-H remain the same…to help young people develop their full potential through fun and hands-on experiential learning!
