Fun Night

Overview and Purpose:

This is an annual fund raising event is sponsored by the Butte County 4-H Council and the 4-H Clubs of Butte County.  This event is styled as a family oriented carnival with game booths, cake walk, fabulous silent auction, dinner and much more!

This event is hosted by the Biggs 4-H Club. The Silent Auction will be hosted by Nord Cana 4-H Club.

All clubs must register their booth by: December 20th

Event Details:

2025 THEME:  Video Games "Game On"

DATE: Saturday, February 1, 2025

TIME: 3:45 - 7:30 pm

LOCATION: Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, Vanella Hall Building

COST: $2.00 (Food and Game Tokens are an additional cost)

This event is a fundraiser and we ask for a $2.00 donation at the door.  Dinner, games, and silent auction prices vary.  

Silent Auction Details: 

Nord-Cana 4-H Club will be hosting the Silent Auction and will be accepting silent auction items for Fun Night during the set up times listed below.

Fun Night Set Up and Clean Up Information: 

• We will be setting up on Friday, January 31st from 5:30 to 8:00 pm,  please come out and help and Saturday, February 1st from 10:00-2:00 pm. 

• At 2:00 pm everyone will be asked to leave and the Booths will be Judged.

• At 3:30 pm we will start letting everyone back in to work Booths and be ready to open.

• All reimbursements are to be submitted through the Online Reimbursement Form linked below and on our Butte County 4-H Website. Butte Co. 4-H Reimbursement Form (google.com)

• Please remember to bring a dessert or treat for the Cake Walk.

• Event clean up will happen around 7:30 pm on Saturday, February 1st, but should not start until told to do so.  It is expected that every one stay and help for both the booth clean up and the general clean up!
