Fun Night

Event Overview and Purpose:

This is an annual fund raising event is sponsored by the Butte County 4-H Council and the 4-H Clubs of Butte County.  This event is styled as a family oriented carnival with game booths, cake walk, fabulous silent auction, dinner and much more!

This event is hosted by the Durham 4-H Club with assistance from Biggs 4-H Club. The Silent Auction will be hosted by Bangor 4-H Club with the help by Nord Cana 4-H Club.

Event Details:

2023 THEME:  Down On The Farm

DATE: Saturday, February 4, 2023

TIME: 4:00- 8:00 pm

LOCATION: Silver Dollar Fairgrounds Commercial Building

COST: $2.00 ( Food and Game Tokens are an additional cost)

This event is a fundraiser and we ask for a $2.00 donation at the door.  Dinner, games, and silent auction prices vary.  

Silent Auction Details: 

Bangor and Nord-Cana 4-H will have someone accepting silent auction items for Fun Night -TBD when and where

Fun Night Set Up and Clean Up Information: 

We will be setting up on Friday, February 3rd from 6:00 to 9:00 pm,  please come out and help and Saturday, February 4th from 9:00-2:00 pm.  

At 2:00 pm everyone will be asked to leave and the Booths will be Judged.

At 3:30 pm we will start letting everyone back in to work Booths and be ready to open.

Please remember to Bring a Cake or Cupcakes for the Cake Walk.

Event clean up will happen around 8:00 pm on Saturday, February 4th, but should not start until told to do so.  It is expected that every one stay and help for both the booth clean up and the general clean up!
