Event Overview and Purpose:
This is an annual fund raising event is sponsored by the Butte County 4-H Council and the 4-H Clubs of Butte County. This event is styled as a family oriented carnival with game booths, tri-tip dinner, bounce house, cake walk, fabulous silent auction, and much more!
This event is hosted by the Oroville-Foothill 4-H Club with assistance from Nord Cana 4-H Club.

DATE: Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, Commercial Building in Chico.
COST: This event is a fundraiser and we ask for a $2 donation at the door. Dinner, games, and silent auction prices vary.
Fun Night Set Up and Clean Up Information:
General set up (putting up the silent auction tables, the dinner tables and chairs, and dividing the area for each booth) will take place on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 6:00pm. When general set up is complete, the clubs which helped with the set up may start working on their booths.
Club booth set up will take place on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9:00am-2:00pm. Booths will be up and operational from 3:45pm until 8:00pm.
Event clean up will happen around 8:30pm on Saturday, February 3rd, but should not start until told to do so. It is expected that every one stay and help for both the booth clean up and the general clean up!
